Sir Jonathan North is an outstanding School and was designated as a National Support School in March 2016.  The College achieved the World Class Schools Quality Mark in December 2016.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and hardworking, team player to join the highly successful Inclusion Team within the College.  The successful applicant will have experience of leadership, an ability to manage staff effectively, think strategically and work as an integral part of our Inclusion Team.  They will support students, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning and have a desire to do whatever it takes to see students fulfil their potential both academically, emotionally and socially.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated professional who will be responsible for managing the main College office and for the provision of a complete administrative service for the College, assisting with the development and implementation of the College’s administration support policies, systems and procedures, ensuring that they adhere to agreed standards and relevant legislation or guidelines.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff to ensure the smooth-running of the school and to oversee all aspects of the office management provision ensuring statutory procedures and legal responsibilities are met.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of office management, including line management of staff and will have excellent organisational, communication, team building and administrative skills. An ability to work on their own initiative, manage change, motivate staff and develop and streamline systems and procedures is an essential part of this role.
